We strive to ensure that you feel comfortable during your stay and enjoy a pleasant and relaxing time with us. We do everything in our power to prevent any disturbance of your peace. If, despite our efforts, you experience any inconvenience or are not satisfied with anything, please contact us immediately. In order to maintain the condition, order, and cleanliness of the accommodation and its furnishings, we kindly ask you to refrain from any activity you would not do in your own home.
The purpose of our house rules is to provide you with a peaceful and enjoyable stay while ensuring you have all the necessary information and avoiding any misunderstandings.
Check-in / Check-out:
The accommodation is available from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival until 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
For an additional fee, early check-in or late check-out may be possible. In both cases, prior arrangement is required. Please make sure to lock gates and doors when leaving or overnight. When leaving the room, always ensure that windows and doors are closed. Upon final departure, the keys must be returned to the host. In case of lost keys, guests are required to report it immediately and cover the cost of replacement locks and keys.
The accommodation may only be used by the number of guests agreed in advance, which may be checked by the host without prior notice.
Upon check-in, guests are required to fill out the registration form legibly, and the data will be verified based on identification documents.
Visitors are only allowed with the knowledge and approval of the host.
Payment:
Accommodation fees and tourist tax are payable before departure. If you leave earlier than the booked period for any reason, you are still required to pay for the reserved nights.
Accepted payment methods: cash, bank card, SZÉP card (MKB, K&H, OTP).
The tourist tax cannot be paid with a SZÉP card.
Parking:
Parking is available in a monitored, camera-surveilled courtyard.
The gate opens and closes electrically by pressing a button.
Major repairs or maintenance of vehicles are not allowed in the parking area. Minor repairs are permitted as long as cleanliness is not compromised.
Smoking:
Smoking and the use of open flames inside the building are strictly prohibited.
Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.
Guests under the age of 18 are not allowed to consume alcohol or smoke.
We kindly ask smoking guests to dispose of cigarette butts properly and not litter the courtyard or any area of the guesthouse.
Any fines or penalties due to legal violations must be fully reimbursed by the responsible guest, and may result in legal proceedings.
Room and equipment usage:
Please use all equipment and furnishings properly. It is strictly forbidden to remove items such as towels, blankets, or bedding from the property.
Furniture may only be rearranged with the owner’s permission.
Any damage discovered during check-out will be charged to the guest on-site.
Please do not crush insects on the walls.
It is forbidden to bring or store flammable or explosive materials, or vehicles such as bicycles or motorcycles, inside the rooms.
When leaving the room, please ensure that the air conditioning, lights, and water taps are turned off.
Any malfunction must be reported immediately to the owner. We cannot accept later complaints.
The host is not responsible for damages or accidents resulting from improper use.
Any damage caused on the property must be compensated by the responsible guest or their legal representative.
Meals:
The guesthouse has a well-equipped kitchen suitable for preparing simple meals.
Do not place metal objects in the microwave oven.
Please do not eat in the rooms; meals are allowed only in the kitchen, dining area, or outdoor seating areas.
Cleaning:
Rooms are handed over clean. If any issues arise regarding cleanliness, please report them immediately. We cannot accept later complaints. Cleaning during your stay is only provided upon request. For stays longer than one week, bed linen and towel changes are provided.
Waste disposal:
Please maintain order and cleanliness at all times.
Household waste should be collected in bins located in the kitchen and bathroom.
Please empty these bins into the outdoor containers. Extra bin bags can be found in the drawer. Upon departure, please do not leave dirty dishes in the kitchen.
Fire and cooking:
Fire may only be made in the designated fire area, using provided firewood, in calm weather, and with a bucket of water available for safety.
After use, guests must clean up and extinguish the fire completely.
Fire safety:
All guests must comply with fire safety regulations. Emergency exit routes are displayed on the inside of the room doors.
Services:
Parking is free for guests.
Wi-Fi is free of charge; the password can be requested from the host.
Most rooms are air-conditioned and can be used upon request.
An electric vehicle charging station is available at cost price.
Transfer service: transport by minibus upon arrival and departure, as well as to nearby destinations and programs (based on pre-agreed pricing).
Other:
Items left behind in rooms are kept for 2 months and can be mailed upon request within this period.
To ensure the peace of guests and neighbors, noise, loud music, or loud listening is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
The host reserves the right to refuse service or immediately remove guests who behave improperly or violate house rules.
The host cannot be held responsible for damages caused by unforeseen events (e.g. natural disasters, hail, fire, power outage, parking accidents, etc.).
A representative is present at check-in and check-out times.
